Who can attend?

We would love to see as many of our members there as possible. Any Thespian Arts members, from any branch, that are currently registered in a group, are welcome.

You must have purchased a ticket in order to attend though - we will have a guest list, and there are only 200 tickets available so be quick to avoid disappointment!

Is there parking?

Yes. You can park in the car park on site, for free.

​

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, there is a lift on site and then our event will take place on one level the whole time. There are also accessible toilets.​​

How much are the tickets?

Tickets are £25 each, and you can also get money off through your child achieving performer of the month. Every time they get performer of the month (from January 2025), £5 will be reduced from their overall ticket cost!

Do parents/guardians stay?

To maximise the amount of children we can have attend, unfortunately parents and guardians cannot stay. We will have everyone's contact and medical information on file (as usual) and can contact you if there are any issues.

Who will be supervising the event?

Members of Thespian Arts staff will be present to oversee the event, as well as venue staff.

This is a private event so our room will be exclusively accessed only by those on the guest list.

Will there be photos taken?

Yes! We will be taking photos all evening, as well as having a photobooth for members to take fun photos with their friends. If we don't have photography permissions for you/your child, we will either cover faces when posting photos online, or will avoid taking photos where possible. You can let us know if photography is an issue, when you buy your ticket. Otherwise, we will operate based on what we have on file.

What do they wear?

Dress to impress! Get your ball gowns out, re-wear prom dresses, find your suits, or they can just wear something that makes them, THEM. We will also be awarding 'best dressed' to someone on the night. Maybe they could coordinate outfits with their friends, decide upon a group colour scheme, or treat the ball almost like a prom and pair up!

Is there food and drink provided?

Yes! We will have a buffet served during the evening, as well as mocktails and drinks. This is all included in the price of your ticket. There will no alcohol served at the event.

Let us know if you/your child has any allergies, dietary requirements, or food preferences, when you purchase your ticket. ​​​​​​​​

Where do I buy tickets?

You can book tickets at www.ticketsource.co.uk/thespian-arts and then we will give you a physical ticket when we next see you at sessions. This is a great keepsake!

I've lost my ticket! Can I still attend?

Yes, no problem! We will have a list of attendees, so as long as you/your child are on the list, you can get in! You will be emailed a booking confirmation, as well as receiving your physical ticket. We cannot permit entry to anyone not on the list, to keep our members safe, and to ensure we have enough food, drink, and space for everyone.​​​​​​​​

I've forgotten to book my tickets! When is the cut off?

If tickets sell out, you can be put on our waiting list and then if anyone can't make it, we can re-allocate their ticket to you (first come first served).

Providing there are tickets left, we can sell them up to 72 hours before the event. After this point, we won't be able to sell any more tickets as we will be making final catering arrangements based on numbers.​​​​​​​​
