Where is it?

When is it?

Friday 12th December 2025 - 7pm till 11pm

You don't have to stay until 11pm! That will just be when we need everyone to say their goodbyes, and when the bar will close. You also don't need to arrive for 7pm. As long as you have your ticket/are on the list, you can arrive until 8pm (then we won't be able to admit anyone else). 

Who can attend?

We would love to see as many of our members there as possible, and their families should they wish to join us! Any Thespian Arts members, from any branch, that are currently registered in a group, are welcome.

Members are limited to being accompanied by one parent/guardian each (so that we can accommodate as many members as possible). 

You must have purchased a ticket in order to attend though - we will have a guest list, and there are only 150 tickets available so be quick to avoid disappointment!

Is there parking?

Yes. You can park in the car park on site, for free.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, there is a lift on site so that guests can access both levels of the venue. 

How much are the tickets?

Tickets are £20 each, and you can also get money off through your child achieving performer of the month. Every time they get performer of the month (from May 2025), £5 will be reduced from their ticket cost!

Do I have to stay with my child?

No, you do not have to stay, but you are welcome to purchase a ticket and join us! Otherwise, your children can be dropped off and picked up (as long as you have done a registration form and we have both their contact and medical information on file)​.

We will also need to know that they are being dropped off, and the name of the person picking up your child, in advance. We will need to know this by Thursday 11th December 2025. By not staying, you are also allowing us to act as your child's responsible adult for the evening.

If you are staying with your child, you will also be required to purchase a ticket.

Who should I contact on the night?

Who will be supervising the event?

Members of Thespian Arts staff will be present to oversee the event, as well as club staff.

This is a private event so our rooms will be exclusively accessed by those on the guest list.

Will there be photos taken?

Yes! We will be taking photos all evening, as well as having a photobooth for members to take fun photos with their friends. If we don't have photography permissions for you/your child, we will either cover faces when posting photos online, or will avoid taking photos where possible. You can let us know whether or not you consent to photography, when you buy your ticket.

What do I wear?

Dress to impress! Get your ball gowns out, re-wear those prom dresses, find your suits, or just wear something that makes you, YOU. We will also be awarding 'best dressed' to someone on the night. Maybe you could coordinate outfits with your friends, decide upon a group colour scheme, or treat the ball almost like a prom!

Is there food and drink provided?

Yes! We will have a buffet served during the evening and food is included in the price of your ticket. We will also provide drinks (water and squash), free of charge. 

Let us know if you/your child has any allergies, dietary requirements, or food preferences, when you purchase your ticket.

There is also a bar that will be ran by the venue that guests can utilise. Drinks bought from the bar will be an additional cost. ID will be required to buy alcohol and none of our members will be permitted to drink alcohol, and will be asked to leave if seen doing so, even if purchased by their parent/guardian.

Where do I buy tickets?

You can book tickets at www.ticketsource.co.uk/thespian-arts and then we will give you a physical ticket when we next see you at sessions.

I've lost my ticket! Can I still attend?

Yes, no problem! We will have a list of attendees, so as long as you are on the list, you can get in! You will be emailed a booking confirmation, as well as receiving your physical ticket. We cannot permit entry to anyone not on the list, to keep our members safe.

I've forgotten to book my tickets, when is the cut off?

We have 150 tickets available, and once they are gone, they're gone. This is to ensure we are able to safely manage all guests.

If tickets sell out, you can be put on our waiting list and then if anyone can't make it, we can re-allocate their ticket to you (first come first served).

Providing there are tickets left, we can sell them up to 72 hours before the event. After this point, we won't be able to sell any more tickets as we will be making final arrangements based on numbers.
