Following the success of its debut last year, join us for our end of year ball: 2026! We're ready to welcome even more guests, and make it our best ball yet! This is a chance for Thespian Arts members from all six branches to come together, have fun, and celebrate not only their common interests, but the successes that they've had in the year!

WHO CAN ATTEND?

Thespian Arts members age 5 to 19 are invited. We won't have space for parents and guardians to stay, so this is a members only event. Members must have purchased a ticket in order to attend. Thespian Arts staff will be in attendance to supervise everyone.

Tickets are £20 per member, and £15 for additional siblings. Tickets can only be purchased at www.ticketsource.co.uk/thespian-arts and a physical ticket will be given to the member once purchased, for them to have as a keepsake. They do not need to bring the ticket with them to the ball.

 

Ticket sales will stop 72 hours before the ball, and will only be available after this if there are cancellations from ticket holders. Refunds for tickets can only be given up to this point. If tickets sell out, there is a waiting list.

WHAT DO THEY WEAR?

This year we will be having a theme and it is Snowflake Season. Whether that means wearing an outfit in a snowy colour palette (white, blue, grey, black), or giving us your best Elsa impression, interpret the theme however you like! There will be an award for 'best dressed' on the evening, for whoever we think has embodied the theme the most!

WHERE?

This year's ball will be held at Lea Hall, Sandy Lane, Rugeley, WS15 2LB. There is parking on site and the ball will be in one room, on one level.

WHEN?

This year's ball will be from 6pm till 10pm.​

WHAT WILL THE EVENING CONSIST OF?​

We will be having end of year awards again, and cementing them as an annual tradition! We will also have a free-to-use photobooth for everyone to take advantage of, a DJ to keep the party going, and members will be able to utilise the on site bar. There will also be a hot and cold buffet for members to serve themselves from, complete with dessert options!

They should bring pocket money with them if they want drinks from the bar, as these are not included in their ticket price. They can get water free of charge.
