Using our website

We are continually striving to improve our website and it is being updated all the time. We can change or remove content at any time without notice.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a way which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of it by anyone else.

Using lesson content from our website

Within its website Thespian Arts provides collections of lesson content, which are made available on license.

Lesson content consists of digital materials provided on this website including, but not limited to:

(a) quizzes and assessment questions;

(b) lesson plans;

(c) presentation slides;

(d) worksheets; and

(e) audio and video content and any transcripts thereof and any transcripts materials or tools utilised therein (including any subtitling, captioning, sign language or other methods adopted to enable access).

Thespian Arts Online Progression System; content published after November 2023

This is made available to you on a revocable, exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use for educational purposes. Where Thespian Arts allows, lessons (consisting of slides, lesson plans, quizzes, and worksheets) may be downloaded by the user for the aforementioned purposes; however, you must agree to:

  • DO NOT copy, publish, distribute and transmit the content;

  • DO NOT adapt the content;

  • DO NOT exploit the content commercially and non-commercially for example, by combining it with other information, or by including it in your own product or application.

  • DO Respect the rights of third parties for content which contains third party copyright or other licensing restrictions. This is marked and is not covered by this licence

 

Lesson content (including third party content) is available for teachers to use where the school has an active license but again teachers must agree to the terms and conditions of use.

We are committed to respecting copyright, intellectual property and other rights of third parties.

All intellectual property right in all content compromising or contained within our website is owned by us and other copyright owners as specified.

Where we use materials which are subject to third party copyright, we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that these are reproduced (and attributed) to the respective rights holders, where appropriate.

If you are a rights holder and are concerned that you have found material on this website for which you have not granted permission (or is not covered by a copyright exception under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988) please contact Thespian Arts by emailing thespianartstheatre@gmail.com stating the following:
